offline Hopesen websites, products or services of Hopesen
including. Any software downloaded or purchased from this
website is governed by the privacy terms set forth in the
license agreement for such product and not this Privacy Policy.

communications/interactions with Hopesen. In terms of your
online purchases, Hopesen uses the third-party e-commerce
service provider, Element 5, to manage its online store and the
transactions related to that service. When you enter the Hopesen
online store, it looks like you are still on the Hopesen
website, but in actuality you are transferred to a secure site
operated by Element 5 who processes your order and delivers the
product to you on Hopesen's behalf. In the future, we may engage
the services of other third-party e-commerce service providers,
in which case we will notify you through this Privacy Policy.
Hopesen will have access to any information you provide to such
third-party e-commerce service provider so that it can meet
certain business requirements as well as provide you with
promotional offers and information regarding Hopesen and its
products. All purchases made through the third party e-commerce
service provider are secure and are governed by that provider's
own privacy policy and not this Privacy Policy. If you have
questions about Element 5's information practices, please read
its privacy policy You always have the right to choose whether
or not to provide information about yourself to Hopesen. If you
choose not to provide such information, you can still use this
website but you may not be able to access certain options,
offers or services.

Hopesen uses the Personal Information it collects from you to
provide you with information regarding our products and
promotions, to support your use of our products and services,

website and the programs, products and services offered on it.

purchase so that you can obtain all the advantages related to
that license such as technical support from Hopesen and

to update your Personal Information, delete your Personal

provided via the website, by clicking on "My Information"
(http://www.hopesen.com) If requested, Hopesen will delete or

"opt-out" of any Hopesen marketing relationship we have with you
either by choosing to opt-out where such option is available or

e-commerce service provider to track the purchase of Hopesen

Triple DES encryption, and the RSA module and SSL sessions
feature 1024-bit encryption, For processing your credit card or
other payment information, Element 5 uses Verisign's 128 bit
certificate with SSL encryption.

Hopesen through any part of the Hopesen website represents to
